If you are fit and love a tough paced routine with results this is for you! If you really want to get fit and you love a challenge then this DVD is for you! If you want to take it easy - do pilates!
Set against the back drop of the New York Skyline David Kirch tests your fitness to the max.
The DVD starts with a fitness test to give you a clear idea of the pace of the DVD. If you pass the fitness test easily go progress to the Core Section if not you start off with the Pre Core. I could easily manage the fitness test so I did the Core.
I loved the challenge of this DVD, it was tough in some areas. The routines are super effective which often work on more than one muscle group . You will need a balance ball and some light weights but if you are serious about fitness then challenge yourself to do this workout as you will see and feel the bennefits in no time. The workout also contains 2 x fast blast sections for the upper and lower body.
If you complete this workout properly, I promise you that you will feel like you have worked out A*
Having exercised steadily for over a year, I thought I could take this one on, even though the reviews said it was tough. I barely completed the fitness test and did half of the pre-core programme - and I lost the will to live for the rest of the evening.
This DVD is really hard, and people who get the kick out of pushing themselves to the utmost limits will certainly enjoy it. However, for the rest of us, who enjoy moderate exercise, I think this DVD is a bit too much.
In addition to that, you need to have some equipment such as weights, a medicine ball and a fitness ball. Which makes the DVD worse in my opinion: if you need extra gear - who can be bothered to store all that in one's house?!
In this video one of those large exercise balls is needed if you dont have one i would stay clear of this title. Apart from that is was a very average exercise video

Great work out DVD. I excercise very regularly and class myself as pretty fit but found this one challenging. It is great to work out the whole body, and it makes you work on those areas you may not always concentrate on in the gym.
Equipment needed: light dumbells, medicine ball, stability (swiss) ball
Likes: motivating, challenging, not much space required, combination moves mean great work out effectiveness
Not so great: not for beginners, need to have some knowledge about how to excercise safely (i.e. safe positions for knees, back etc)
Would I recommend? Definitely, and have done so already!

Well - if you want a workout which makes you sweat, and pushes you hard, and gets results fast then this is for you !
It would be helpful to have the book or look at the website to check details for some of the signature moves...

This one is a good workout and you will feel it. I lke how it uses the ball, weights and medicine ball it makes the workout go quickly because your constantly doing something different.
This one is more challenging then his bootcamp dvd so I prefer this one.
One negative point is that I didn't feel that I got a good cardio workout so I had to do cardio after wards.
This will do the trick if you want to tone up however if your looking to shed pounds don't do this one. This video is for people who are quite fit and just want to tighten and add definition.
