This one is a good workout and you will feel it. I lke how it uses the ball, weights and medicine ball it makes the workout go quickly because your constantly doing something different.

This one is more challenging then his bootcamp dvd so I prefer this one.

One negative point is that I didn't feel that I got a good cardio workout so I had to do cardio after wards.

This will do the trick if you want to tone up however if your looking to shed pounds don't do this one. This video is for people who are quite fit and just want to tighten and add definition.
