Love it!!!By a customer from Rochdale , 25 Jul 2008
[Highly rated reviewer]I love this dvd! I have had it for about 3 weeks now and have only just managed to complete all 5 sections (I do it 5 times a week). Its definatly not for absolute beginners.
Real music, not some cheap tacky rip off of songs.
It works all different areas,
They do 'intervals' during the toning sections to raise the heart rate, thus aiding fat burning.
They show easier ways of doing some of the excersises so you dont have to stop if your out of breath or finding it hard.
Davina and both trainers are great. They have a laugh and seem to enjoy what they are doing. Which is better than watching someone who is deadly serious.
The jokes and comments made are really funny until you have heard them a few times.
The cool down section is a bit lacking. I tend to carry on after they have stopped.
So, over all, I think this dvd is great but after 3 weeks I think I might be ready for a change.

Lots of jumping and squats!By a customer , 22 Jan 2012This was my first Davina DVD - it was easy to follow and I got a couple of good workouts from it, but it wasn't my favorite. I liked the variety included: it includes a warm up, a stretch, and 5 short workouts (about 20 min each) that you are meant to mix & match: Aerobics, Legs, Pump (Arms), Abs, and Kickboxing.
I often found the music too quiet to keep to the beat. The instructors often don't explain what the next move is before going into it - but the moves are simple, so you can catch up and join in easily.
The aerobics section is quite difficult - it is a lot of jumping, which is quite difficult if you have a large chest!
The legs section is all squats and lunges - take heed if you have bad knees!
The legs, pump, and abs sections all incorporate intervals, which I liked. But I would have liked to see fewer moves with more reps, and more attention to proper form. These sections are the weak parts of this DVD.
The kickboxing is very fun - you will feel it in your arms the next day!
Sorry - Davina just drove me nutsBy a customer from otley, yorkshire , 10 Apr 2009I can't really give this an objective review in terms of how good a workout it is - because Davina was so irritating I had to turn it off. I was pretty disappointed as i've seen it had really good reviews elsewhere - but her dodgy puns and funny faces to camera were far too much for me to bear. I hate to think what they make you feel like when you've been through the routine a few times.
I guess this just isn't one for me.

Davina workout 5By bettyblue (13 reviews) from Belfast , 10 Mar 2009I found this dvd to be really good. There are several 20 min workouts and warm ups and cool downs. So you can mix and match them to make sure you get a good all over workout. Davina is her usual chirpy self but you can tell that she finds some of it hard going, in the way that we at home do. So when she's counting down the exercises praying for them to be over it spurs you on too.
It's particularly good if you don't have the time to go to the gym.
Feel the Burn!!By a customer from West Drayton , 28 Jan 2009This is a good all round exercise dvd. There's easy options if you can't keep up with the pace. Its easy to follow so you're not standing there confused with the moves. I don't mind the jokes its better than a serious trainer being monotonous. Music is OK considering these DVDs don't want to spend too much license money paying for popular music. Cool down could be selectly improved.
OMG.. THIS IS AMAZING!!By a customer from London , 23 Jan 2009This came on wednesday... I did it yesterday and let me say it is fantastic it really works u out!!!
