A true classic for boys of the 90`s

For any man who was a teenage boy in the 90`s then this is the film for you. If you like racing and fast cars, the story is ok and holds together but the true buzz of this film is the racing. Nicole kidman half naked also makes this worth watching. Ill be buying this one to keep. Easy watching entertainment- Was this review helpful to you?

classic 80s film

cars, racing and a little eye candy
By a customer , 25 Aug 2011We got this movie as my boyfriend loves racing/cars and has seen this movie thousands of times before - but never in blu ray so of course we needed to see it again. There is at least a storyline to keep you interested and I enjoyed this movie more than I expected to, but this is definately one for boys who love racing and cars.- Was this review helpful to you?

It's not as riddled with suspense as TG, and it doesn't have the passion shared amongst the characters that TG does.

A good, easy film to watch

A little trashy typical for era it was made in. There are terrific star turns from Robert Duvall as Cruise's race engineer and from Nicole Kidman as his doctor and love interest.
