'De Dana Dan' is the hilarious saga of Nitin (Akshay Kumar) and Ram (Sunil Shetty), who are thriving on their rich girlfriends’ money. Both have a bank balance running in minus and their parasitic existence owes hugely to the wealth owned by the women in their lives. However, their 'good for nothing' skills are met with an instant challenge when their girlfriends Anjali (Katrina Kaif) and Manpreet (Sameera Reddy) serve them an ultimatum - to earn money enough to elope with them or call it 'The End'.
