More 'Braindead' than 'Evil Dead', I'd say. The acting is quite clunky which can distract sometimes, but the gore and death scenes are very enjoyable, and the hillbilly narrator is a nice touch.
To be honest, the film never lived up to the phenomenal opening titles for me. Call me harsh, but they deserved to open a better movie than this.- Was this review helpful to you?

I thought it was hilarious and although the acting wasn't amazing, it was a highly entertaining way to spend an hour or so! It would say it's a zombie comedy and it's got alot of faces you'll recognise, including Jeffrey Dean Morgan, which is why i rented it!- Was this review helpful to you?

Pathetic

Please only rent this if you like laughing at bad films, for the wrong reasons. It tries to be funny, but just annoys the hell out of you.
