i have watched 1000 of films and always gave them a good chance, even if they are slow, but this film is too slow i even skipped though some of the bs interviews and bs talking scenes, most of the film is just talking and bs, dont bother renting this one because you will fall asleep watching it, and on the from cover it says: REMERO WOULD BE PROUD, was that a joke?? because i think remero would be laffing on that remark, cmon this film aint even close to any of remero's films, and ending sucks too- Was this review helpful to you?

(4)Don't herd with the negative reviewers
By a customer , 04 May 2013I despaired when I received this dvd... because before I put it in my player I read some really negative reviews. At first sight... this did appear to have cheap production values.... but then my attitude changed substantially in the first 20 minutes. and the velocity of attitudinal change increased throughout the film until I was really quite sad that it had ended. This is actually a very good film. It's quite profound. The characters are memorably sketched out. The ending is good. Just when I thought the zombie genre had nothing more to offer, this came along... in cheap video format... and I was extremely impressed. Give this a chance... seriously. The cinematography captures the real USA. I hope there is a sequel because I really like these characters and I want to know what happens to them ! Well done to all involved in this film. There was me thinking I was going to watch a film about Phil Collins dying! :-S
By LiverLinnet (1 review) , 01 Nov 2012Having watched a fair few Zombie movies in my time I feel I am in a position to say that this has to be the worst film ever made. How they ever got funding to make this film is beyond me, shoddy directing, awful screenplay and I'm pretty sure you could constantly see film crew in the background!
I have never switched off a zombie film, I even watched that 'masterpiece' Pontypool :-S, but I had to give up after a certain scene in the bar (wrong, just plain wrong!)
