    Shane Meadows' revenge thriller, Dead Man's Shoes has scooped the top prize at the British Film Festival in Dinard, France. Judges announced their unanimous decision to give the Hitchcock d'Or award to the film on Saturday.     Shane Meadows has been given a major award at this year's Edinburgh International Festival.
