  • Pretentious nonsense

    [Highly rated reviewer]

Low budget, slow pace and no interesting characters. Produced by someone called Ted Fox, who also credits himself with a part and gives credits to (presumably) three other members of the Fox family, including the music by Jim Fox, which is amateurish and inappropriate. This all adds up to a third-rate film which is disappointing considering the high-profile cast. Don't waste your time.

The plotline is a con within a con within a con. The only part worth watching is Nicolas Cage but sadly it's short lived.

Nicholas cage is HILARIOUS!!!! pretty sure he's not supposed to be but he is. It's literally worth renting just for the Nic Cage scenes.

THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS Show review anywayHide

This has to be one of the worst movies Ive ever seen, low budget silliness only saved by the insanity of Nicolas cages character Eddie and Michael Biehns chisled good looks.

Everyone seemed to be on drugs throughout and it contains the worst sex scene ever filmed, completelly pointless. I almost turned it off after the revolting killing of crazy Eddie in a deep fat frier as he was the only thing worth watching. What does it all mean !!??? a sad shame that 2 such leading actors could star in such a fart sack of a movie.

The chick playing Diane needs to be severly punished for her crimes against acting.

watch at your peril.... you are wasting an hour and a half of your life.

I may be missing something here...If this was a spoof it was a little too close to the low budget / poorly acted film it was apeing. Every cliche in the book is present in mind numbing detail.

If you are really bored and insist on watching this...keep an eye out for the deep fat fryer filled with brown water! That's as far as I made it.

    DIRE.
