Disappointing

Having seen Derek on 'Most Haunted' we were great fans - still are to be fair. However, I don't know why but this series appears to be 'hammed up' for some reason. It took many episodes on Haunted to get any results and yet here there are audible and physical manifestations almost immediately. Add to that Dereks willingness to channel spirits which he did sparingly previously but now appears every 'week' and it all seems to have gone too 'showbiz'

Most haunted? Most irritating!
By a customer from Bristol, UK , 22 Aug 2006I loved Derek Achora in Most Haunted and was pleased that when he left the show we were still going to see him in 'Ghost towns' Unfortunately they stuck Daniella Westbrook in as Derek's side kick and all I can say is BIG MISTAKE! She's irritating and totally fake. The program content is actually quite good and pretty creepy at times. Although you don't actually get to see any ghosts (but do you ever?)It's worth a watch just to see DA do his stuff (if you can stand to watch the extremely dull Daniella!)- Was this review helpful to you?
