Derren Brown - Enigma

The mood is set well, and the experience of the stage show is translated well. At times, you can hear a pin drop in the theatre, and at home too. The tricks at first sight appear impossible, but at the end of the day once you understand Brown's techniques, they all have a logical explanation. If you've never seen Brown, this would be a great start to his work, and if you have, this DVD is exactly what you'd expect. mind--boggling mind-bending tricks. On first viewing, the tricks are truly enigmatic, and if you watch this in company, you can spend hours debating just how they were achieved. I've seen him live (not on this tour) and there really do appear to be no stooges or actors involved. I took part in one item in the theatre, and in retrospect he was quick-witted enough to fool me into reversing my 50/50 decision - his mind is working on many levels during a live performance. You will not be disappointed if you rent this, if you are prepared to watch with an open mind.

I attended this show in London and caught the frisby for one of his tricks, it was an amazing experience and the show its self so well made and completely mknd blowing!
