    superb.........

we have always been massive fans of Sir David Jason - in fact everything he stars in, is brilliant. Diamond Geezer is no exception - it is superb.

Diamond Geezer, follows the adventures of the loveable seasoned criminal Des, as he attempts to pull off several heists.

this dvd contains the pilot episode and 3 other episodes on it.

In 'The Pilot', trusted by inmates and prison guards alike, Des is a simple, stammering soul who wouldn't hurt a fly. Little do they know, Des has a spring in his step and twinkle in his eye that's worth millions. He's a master of disguise and being in prison is all part of his ingenious plan - Des needs the perfect alibi for the perfect crime.

In 'A Royal Affair', Des breaks into the seemingly impenetrable Buckingham Palace to steal a large diamond before it is handed over to the Indian Government.

In 'Old School Lies', Des Attempts to relieve a large financial institution of a vast amount of money after they've plundered innocent people's pension funds.

In 'Old Gold', Des plans to steal £8 million pounds of Russian gold for the families of Russian and British secret agents who have been killed.

this series is very funny, and well worth watching

    All episodes

Another David Jason classic,he's spot on again, playing a bit of a slow character that grows into giant, the plot has some nice twists and overall an ideal bit of entertainment :o)

Having just watched the final of the 4 in total,it's made me a bit sad because you feel as though you know the charecter so well and you're not going to see them for ages.

Entertaining episodes each and every one of them,David Jason is a true mega star imho

    A Dummy

This is the first in the series according to Tesco. It is the pilot of the series reviewed under Daiamond Geezer. I had the disc sent three times so I think I should know. If you order do not bother ordering Diamond Geezer, go straight for the series.
