You'll come out Bruced and battered and the better for it...By PaulaWestwood (397 reviews) from Ashton-Under-Lyne , 07 Jul 2007
[Highly rated reviewer]For an action movie to stand the test of time it has to have something watchable in it, and after enjoying 1,2 and 3 in quick sucession before viewing this, we were not dissapointed with the previous encounters, or ineed this one.
Bang up to date, our one man army McClane is in the thick of it once again by being in the wrong (or right) place at the wrong (or right) time.
Its an all action gamble of a movie that takes all the right turns and does everything you would want it to. The whole collection of these are deserved cinema hits, and this is no exception, a must watch for any action fans, in fact any fans of the big screen.

must watch movieBy Spongebrick (42 reviews) from Hull , 18 Jan 2012thought this was a very good action movie, even though the other 3 are older films now this has kept up to date with the times as well
some great action and an overall great film!
Yippie Ki-ya 4.0By Elsy300 (16 reviews) from LONDON , 09 Jan 2012I prefer the first Die Hard and subsequent films never lived up to the original but if its action you want and that never say die attitude then see this movie!
Basically the same old story but action is step up a notch and if using a blu ray and surround system, then the jet sequence is awesome!
Action - fun - explosions and good old clichesBy Secret-Squirrel (2 reviews) , 25 Oct 2011I have watched this film at least four times now, and I'm still not tired of it. This film is an easy four rating.
The film has one of the best stories of the Die Hard series, and Bruce Willis effortlessly slips into the character of John McLaine once more, the most unluckiest of Cops in America. For the forth time he finds himself in a life threatening situation not of his choosing, he was simply 'the wrong guy, in the wrong place, at the wrong time'.
Timothy Olyphant, plays an excellent villain, brining that much needed dastardly and unpredictable edge needed to make a film of this type work.
As with other Die Hard films, you come to expect the clichés and DH 4.0 doesn't disappoint.
I know this film has been out a while now, and in some respects I see little value in writing this review, but I just had to let those of you know who have not yet seen it, it's an action flick that is fun and wont disappoint.
Die Hard 4.0, Action Packed Thrill RideBy SeanChadwick (1 review) , 10 Oct 2011Of course nothing will ever beat the first Die Hard film, but Die Hard 4.0 is an action packed thrill ride. Well worth four stars.
Vest action...By minimacdaddy (7 reviews) from Cheltenham , 27 Sep 2011Cars, bullets, bangs, McClane (maybe too old for this now!), and yeah, vest action but its not patch on Nakatomi Towers!
