Seeing as this film is aimed at fans of the programme I may not be the best person to be reviewing, but I can't see how this counts as a film, in fact, it's not even a 'feature-length episode'. Those familiar with the series will know that the battles are mainly based on the 'who can Digivolve to the biggest monster' structure. Now, this is fine for the 30 minute TV episodes, but after 3 different occurances of this pattern (rather than stretch these battles to something far more epic they have simply placed what is arguably 3 episodes in a row) your attention starts to wane. Perhaps fans of the show will be happy with 3 episodes, but I was expecting something a bit more substantial.
