Dirty Pair Flash - Vol. 3 - Random Angels
An OVA series based on the original DIRTY PAIR series, this incarnation once again features Kei and Yuri, the Lovely Angels, as a pair of trouble consultants for the World, Welfare & Works Agency. The twist is that these two have a penchant for causing far more destruction than they could ever prevent. In these episodes, Kei and Yuri scramble to protect Kei's godson from a killer ski patrol. Later, the Lovely Angels take a vacation, only to find themselves the target of a rookie assassin hoping to make them his first kill.

Dirty Pair Flash
Most Enjoyable. I am looking forward to receiving the other editions of Dirty Pair flash in the hope that they are just as good.

A fitting subtitle for this final outing
'Random Angels' couldnt be more fitting for the final volume of this small series, as each episode is its own little story.
Personally, I think this was better then volume 2 and about the same level as volume 1. The animation continued to look great and the episodes certainly had their moments that made me laugh.
This volume certainly seemed to have more fan-service then the others, with plenty of skimpy clothes and such, including a brief throwback to the uniform from the original Dirty Pair.
In all, I think its a decent show thats worth watching. Though it is a little dated and a tad predictable, you'll enjoy it if you want to see an old, inspirational anime.
