[Highly rated reviewer]Many great westerns have been made but none of them as cool as this one. The film is full of memorable characters with Christoph Waltz and Samuel L Jackson being particularly awesome whenever on screen. Tarantino's wit is also present, especially in a hilarious klu klux klan scene, not something you'd ever think you'd use to describe the klu klux klan but it was very funny. There the usual violent scenes a plenty with some especially awesome and bloody shoot outs. It's an epic story but I didn't notice how long it was because it was so well written and played out by the entire cast.

Western classic.By Zebras22 (124 reviews) , 20 Nov 2013A instant classic. Tarantino back to his best. Great acting, story and superb music. A great homage to the Sergio Leone classics of the sixties. Do not miss.
another good oneBy cheesekake (1501 reviews) from uk , 20 Nov 2013like all the tarintino films this one has that uniqueness that only his films has. a little slow half way through otherwise still good
Long, less violent but a great watchBy Loobu-lu (4 reviews) , 18 Nov 2013I really enjoyed this film as did my boyfriend who is generally rather picky! This is a rather long film and could almost be two separate films. However, it is very well acted -you will not believe your eyes at the butler! and the full blown shoot out scenes are less frequent but no less Taranto-esque brilliant. The soundtrack is also very good. A definite add to watch list film!
Brutally captivatingBy Axeman666 (23 reviews) from Tunbridge Wells , 17 Nov 2013Was about halfway through when suddenly some ott violence reminded me it was a Tarantino film. This is certainly one of his less violent films but still fairly in your face. Compared to the brutality slaves faced in real life this restraint actually surprised me, he could have and probably should have made it more intense and realistic. A long film but there is so much going on it's hard to get bored.
great show!By mebe (4 reviews) , 17 Nov 2013Crazy took on the black histories (it reminded me English Horrible histories..cruel and hilarious at the same time). Typical Tarantino taking you on a journey and this time very emotional..you're laughing one moment and almost crying the other one. Very well played, great filming and pictures. I didn't even mind all that blood flying around..and I'm a girl! very recommended!
