Whilst this movie failed to capture steve ditko versions of the sorcerer supreme, it provided amuch needed update. Purists may not like this but hopefully this will appeal to a whole new generation of fans. The story covers the origin of Dr Strange and zips along. The animation as with a lot of recent marvel and dc output is superb. I cant wait for the next one. My only critism is that it was too short at just over an hour
A strange addition to the Marvel cannon, this. It sticks to the original origins of Doctor Strange and shows him as a quite obnoxious person and a probabale anti-hero.
The storyline is average bit still watchable and the entire movie is somewhat of an enigma.
I have to admit that, although parts of it are very impressive, it is the weakest of all of the Marvel adaptations to date. Perhaps a further investment into a spectacular live film would have been superior ?
Still, it is watchable and passes the time agreeable if not spectacularly.
