What On Earth???
By a customer from Ivybridge, England , 21 Jun 2007[Highly rated reviewer]
Volume 2 is interesting to say the least. The first two episodes are a two-parter that is based in post-war New York. The daleks are not at their best, as one has emotions, so the scare factor is not quite as good. However episodes 3 and 4 on the disc make up for this. The Lazurus experiment is super scary, whereas 42 is edge of your seat stuff. To say the least a brilliant disc, a necessity to all fans of the doctor.- Was this review helpful to you?

(4)Dr Who
By jjmax (29 reviews) from Torquay , 19 Oct 2008Rented for my 9 year old son who loves Dr Who but he did find the Lazarus experiment too scary to watch - apart from that he loved it - it seems so much better than when I was his age!!!!!- Was this review helpful to you?

A little disappointing
By a customer from Birmingham, UK , 12 Jul 2007The Dalek episodes in this series are probably the weakest of either the new series or the original Who, but the Lazarus Experiment makes up for this to some extent. The story '42' is very much a stand alone story, despite the growing influence of Harold Saxon in the background.- Was this review helpful to you?
