I have been indifferent to some of the stories in this series but this disk brings the series to a satisfactory conclusion. The final ending is bitter-sweet...
these are the best episodes in the whole history of doctor who i mean the story is top notch and the acting is amazing, serously if you like doctor who rent this and enjoy
brilliant finale excelllent story nice to see everyone involved Rose Sarah Jayne etc
where does Russel t keep coming up with all these ideas, i thought series 4 was a little weak to start with but finished with a bang.
Roll on xmas special with the cybermen and the specials for next year.
This disc will totally have you glued to your seat. I've seen 'Journey's End' 3 times now and I still find it compelling and of course a little sad.
The whole team are just great! You even get a taster of the Christmas Special at the end.
Awesome!

Nce to welcome back all the stars of the previous series. Previous companions show up Catherine Tate's dire stretch as the Doctor's companion.
very scary, but completly brilliant! *****
I found Turn Left to be one of the most tedious stories of the new series since Boom Town. It seemed pointless apart from being a back slapping reminder of Russell T Davies stint as Executive Writer.
The Stolen Earth however is one of the best Dr Who stories EVER with a wonderful roller coaster ride up to the best cliff hanging ending(s) of all time. The Daleks at last returned as the ruthless beings they used to be with the manic Davros superbly acted by Julian Bleach.
Then comes Journey's End. A totally wasted opportunity. Yes, it is high octane viewing and definitely entertaining but for the climax, RTD throws logic to the wind, with really silly concepts, unfulfilled promises from the rest of the series and the eventual beating of the Daleks that wanted me put a boot through the TV. He seems to have contempt for the intelligence of his audience and it spoilt what could have been a classic finale. Catherine Tate has been nothing short of remarkable and David Tenant has made his 10th Doctor the best yet. It will be hard but try to watch only episode 2 on this DVD. That really is Dr Who at its best.
but with the other companions really do not match and it failed to grip me as the other billie episodes have done
