Standard, satisfying big-scale Western with all clichés intact and very enjoyable, as is the soft, rich early colour. The story is plainly inspired by the exploits of Wyatt Earp.
There is not much to say other than that there are some film that never die and this is one of them, Errol Flynn made some excellent movies and was always an attraction mainly due to the action and the quality of the films where he was the main actor.
