Inderjit "Inder" Bansal (Akshaye Khanna) is a very wealthy young man. With his parents (Anupam Kher and Moushumi Chatterjee) expecting him to settle down, he instead goes to another city to do his MBA and moves in with friends. He meets Pallavi Sinh (Jyothika) and they fall in love. Only problem is her tyrannical trio of brothers, are over-protective of their little sister and unexplicably dislike Inder. It comes to a head when the couple decides to elope, but afterward realize they miss their families. But can their love survive such a test?
