I'm not normally a fan of Manga, but this was one of the first I ever saw, and was mightly impressed with the animation of Masamune Shiraw. In the future, law and order is maintained by the Tank Police, led by Squad Commander Britain. A petty criminal called Buaku, ably supported by his two henchwomen, the Puma sisters, steals urine samples from a hospital from people who are unaffected by the pollution of this futuristic apocalyptic reality. What could the evil gang want with this stuff? A new recruit to the Tank Police, Leona, aims to find out... Watch out for plenty of accidents, explosions and dry humour.
