When his father makes a plea on his death bed, gangster, Don Muthuswami (Mithun Chakraborty) does the decent thing and adheres by his dying wish and invests in a legit company, and goes about improving his image. Anxious to tie up loose ends, Muthu wants to get his daughter Sanjana (Hrishita Bhatt) married off, and lines up his best friend's son. Unfortunately, Sanjana has other ideas, and decides that the love of her life is her father's general manager, Preetam (Rohit Roy), who, after stealing from her father for years, is now a millionaire.
