Not a great title but true. Dark brooding atmospheric film - definite shades of Dostoyevsky's crime and punishment. Interesting study of guilt, innocence, love, murder and ultimately intelligence as teh battle of wits escalates. Crackling dialogue combines with stiff acting - but it works really well. My favourite scenes involve Barton Keys the claims guy - fabulous character - genius. Maybe not the greatest movie about insurance but it has to be up there.
