    Double disappointment

    This film disappointed me on two levels. Firstly I expected great acting and intelligent performances, with Leslie Cheung as the protagonist and the great reviews from previous viewers; he appears to be quite bored in one of his last performances. Secondly after a slow start this film rushes into fast edits and then slows to a weak ending. This is no match for the many great films from Hong Kong and doesn't make my 'Asian Invasion' list of recommended viewing.

    Classic Leslie Movie!!!

    This is a classic representation of a Leslie Cheung movie. The acting is superb and has strong dialogue and story line. Excellent!!
