Won't rock your world- but hardly worthless.

A great example of a superior cast lifting a poor movie to 'mostly' enjoyable status. It cannot be denied that it is totally predictable and the 'by the numbers' denoument is trite. BUT for the majority of the movie you are entertained.Don't expect too much and rent it for what it is - a run of the mill phych thriller with a good cast!- Was this review helpful to you?

Wasn't what I expected - turned out better
By Dinkydoo (37 reviews) from Dumfries , 24 May 2013Ok, I knew that this particular rental wasn't going to be edge of your seat stuff but I was quite disappointed (initially) that it looked like the film wasn't going to be creepy or atmospheric either; until it sunk in that it was neither of those things because it didn't need to be. Really good storyline, lots of twists and turns that keep you interested right until the end. Thoroughly enjoyable. Don't expect a paranormal fright-fest- Was this review helpful to you?

One to avoid
By Nike1985 (19 reviews) , 29 Apr 2013I hadn't heard much about this film but thought it should be pretty good when I say that Daniel Craig and Rachel Weiss were heading the cast- how wrong I was! Its the sort of story line that has been done before- but with an extra twist at the end, that just sort of comes out of nowhere and means nothing.
