Jennifer Hudson has revealed she turned down the title role in Precious because she didn't want to pack on weight to play the abused single mum. Funnyman Eddie Murphy is laughing off reports he has bought an island in the Bahamas, insisting the story has been embellished by local tour guides. The Dreamgirls star claims enterprising tour officials have been lying about his make-believe property for years.
