For kung fu film lovers only

This isn't a serious film, so don't expect a quiet, cinematic masterpiece...but then with a name like 'Drunken Monkey' what would you expect? It's a fun-packed film with cartoonish violence full of high jumping heroes and villains with a liberal dash of slapstick humour. Of course, it's not all laughs as there has to be an honourable death to motivate the survivors to their ultimate revenge before they ride off into the sunset together. Enjoyable but neither particularly deep nor memorable so only one for kung fu film lovers.
