Bablu Chaudhary (Shah Rukh Khan), lands what he believes to be his dream job as lead chef at a hotel and meets the charming Sonia Kapoor (Juhi Chawla), the hotel manager. They get close and Bablu falls in love with her. Meanwhile, Manu, (Shah Rukh Khan in a double role), Bablu's lookalike, is a fearsome criminal who has escaped from jail seeking to kill his partners, in retaliation for their betrayal. One day, when out for lunch with Sonia, Bablu gets arrested because the police think that Bablu is Manu. Bablu is able to prove his true identity but not before Manu hears of his duplicate and decides to take his place by killing him...

Wow Wow Wow

For all Shah Rukh fans this film is a must as you get a double dose as he plays 2 characters - the good and bad guy. He plays both these contrasting roles to perfection - really shows his acting talents off. Juhi is also very watchable and chemistry between them both makes fantastic viewing. Also, don't miss the opportunity to see Shah Rukh dressed as a woman and attempt a table dance - so hilarious it will make your night!

I think SRK is brilliant in this. I actually felt like I was watching two different actors on screen, probably helped that the characters were so different but still great. Funny too, love the Mam, she is fantastic.

a comedy that depends entirely on the old bollywood cliches but does it in true style. i loved it. songs were great to watch if not listen to apart from mere mehboob meri sanam. and, yes... to watch shahrukh khan mincing about in that little black dress made my week.

lovers of SRK,here is a flick to get his two sides to watch,a goody and a baddy at the same time.nice story but bit overacting by SRK,may b trying 2 copy jim carrey!anyways,but songs save the movie and light comedy too.good performances by juhi and sonali,a worth watching movie at least once!

Interesting storyline, shows how twins can be so different and a mothers love for her child is powerful. Not the usual bollywood movie but inspiring too.

If you take this film on the face value than you will enjoy it - Mr Khan is brilliant - but heroins leaves lot to be desired. I cannot see the reason for showing off their legs when there is nothing see

Get this film if you are Mr Khans fan - otherwise avoid.
