Duran Duran - Forget the rest!

This video explains about the background of Duran Duran, thier musical influences and how they started in the music business. Filled with information even the most die hard duranie would not know, this video is jammed packed with everything you could ever want to know about the most famous and beloved band in the world.
Its only downfall is that it does not show enough music videos of how the band can perform or of them actually speaking.- Was this review helpful to you?

By mandielove (3 reviews) , 03 Aug 2011What a load of rubbish- started off by saying that John and Nick met in a nightclub in 1979... considering they actually met when they were aged 10 and 12, and they later formed the band in 1978, not a good start, and it only gets worse from there.
Has only interviews with a few people close to the band- one of the ex-managers and former A&R man at EMI who signed them, otherwise no interviews with the band themselves, and very little in the way of performances or anything else that would make it worth watching for.
