By no means a classic...

Giant spiders and 'human' spiders seem to be a common subject for horror/creature films, ranging from The Spider to Eight Legged Freaks, but I'm afraid this film does not add to the genre. A low budget appears to mean poor acting and poor sfx, and the film is not sufficiently 'tongue in cheek' to be a parody either. Perhaps its production was rushed through to get it out before Spiderman, in case it was thought of as derivative...
