A pointless DVD

Reading the review of this movie on many sites it sounds like a classic old gorey horror flick. I'm sure those reviews are right and it was a good movie, but the UK version of this film has had over 5 minutes of footage cut from it. Almost everything that would qualify this movie as horror/gore has been removed. What's left is a movie with so many chunks missing it doesn't make sense. Hopefully the uncut version of this film will turn up in the future, until then don't bother watching it... You'll be more scared by Emmerdale!- Was this review helpful to you?

I suspect this version is cut, in which case it is best avoided - the 'raison d'etre' of this kind of film is to shock you with blood and gore and cutting it out just defeats the object. What remains is tedious and pointless! - ps the gore in the full version is not that impressive!- Was this review helpful to you?
