(7)Better than most
By a customer , 07 Mar 2013A good OVA which follows on from the series and sets the scene for the next one. Great animation and voice cast (japanese dub) compared to some I've seen over the years. That sais there were less suprises and twists than in the series since this OVA is mainly a scene setter for the next- Was this review helpful to you?

Didn't watch the Series so I had no idea what was going on through the whole movie. Being visually stunning redeems the confusing story, beautiful scenes and interesting characters are enough to keep you watching till the end.- Was this review helpful to you?

Watch the series then watch this
By Rage83 (2 reviews) from Sheffield , 02 Nov 2011Continues on from the t.v series and for the first part flashes between the future and present time. For those who have blu-ray I would recommend this as the animation is crisp and clear. This series/film continues to grip me giving little bits of infomation to keep you chomping at the bit and I can't wait for the second movie. Although you have the first series on the blu ray it is in japanese with subs, however I would recommend watching the series otherwise you will have no clue what is going on. Comical in places, (the phrase Jonny is now being used in my girlfriend and my vocab) it is a good continuation of a great anime- Was this review helpful to you?

I pray that you remain a regular addition on Blu Ray!
By Baughy (8 reviews) from London , 01 Oct 2011The good thing about this Blu Ray is that, even if you haven't seen the series of EOTE, you can watch Air Communication as one of the extras, the feature taking the highlights from the series and putting it into one film!
I watched this film originally during an All Night Anime showing and fell asleep during part of it, now i have a Blu Ray Player and decent TV I thought I'd watch it again but this time not fall asleep....soo glad that I did!
The quality of the storyline is really good, the crispness of the picture and also where composite animation has happened it just looks brilliant on Blu Ray.
I'd recommend this to any Anime fan and also to anyone who thinks they don't like Anime, the storyline itself coupled with Air Communication is enough to see it as it is, a brilliant thriller coupled with moments of really good comedy!- Was this review helpful to you?
