Watchable - Just

I'm afraid I found this to be one of those films that I watched to the end just incase anything exciting happened at the last minute. The policeman that were investigating all the 'Ripper Type', murders, didn't have a clue, even though they had concluded that it was probably a Doctor responsible for the crimes, and discussed the murders and the methods used to commit the crimes regularly with the suspect, (Anthony Perkins) he still kept on getting away with it. Which seemed a bit silly even though it was set in the late 1880's.
