Govinda and director David Dhawan must have hoped to recapture the glories of Aankhen and Deewana Mastana with this frantic crime comedy — but, while there's plenty of plot, the laughs are in short supply. Govinda teams up with Sanjay Dutt as a couple of wasters who are forced to flee to Nepal, having fallen foul of gangster Ashish Vidyarthi.
