    My word, what a sound!

Even for a concert staged in a small arena/studio, intended for DVD, this comes across far better than expected. The sound, lighting and camera work is A1. Some of the old favourites, with 'later' material thrown in for good measure all add up to make a cracking show. And the sultry redhead alongside Jeff Lynne fits in so well. Get this DVD!

Jeff Lynne fans will love this, a new band with two of the originals, Jeff Lynne and Richard Tandy. The songs are all played live in a small tv theatre in the states and sound like originals! The space ship has been revamped and Jeff looks and sounds the same as he did 20+ years ago. The songs aren't just from the Zoom album but some of ELO's greatest hits are also played. Here's a list of the songs played:- Do Ya, Evil Woman, Showdown, Strange Magic, Livin' Thing, Alright, Lonesome Lullaby, Telephone Line, Turn To Stone, Just For Love, Easy Money, Mr.Blue Sky, Ma-Ma-Ma Belle, One Summer Dream, Tightrope, State Of Mind, Can't Get It Out Of My Head, Moment In Paradise, 10538 Overture, Ordinary Dream, Shine A Little Love, Don't Bring Me Down, Roll Over Beethoven.

    hummmm

i was very disappointed with it. i would have hoped i was going to hear energy and maybe a variation on the classics but it was just like hearing a album but with out the special tweeking!.. no glitz, no movement,no extras, they should observe how the rolling stones and peter gabriel create a DVD for fans!..

    Zoom - Discover a gem

This is one THE best music DVDs available. If you've ever hummed along to an ELO song, you're gonna love this. I was prepared to be disappointed, but no way! Jeff Lynne and Rosie Vela deliver an almost faultless performance of many of the big hits, alongside the excellent tracks from the Zoom album, the best thing Lynne has done since 'Discovery' in my book.

Picture and sound quality are top notch...the bass sub really kicks with the drumming. Musically, they sound like a 10-piece (maybe some overdubs, but who cares) and I can't recommend this highly enough. Get it and love it.

    Nostalgia in 2003

The performance is immaculate, great to see Rosie Vela on backing vocals. This is not so much ELO as Jeff Lynne, Richard Tandy and backing musicians. Nonetheless the songs sound as good as ever and sound quality is excellent. I'd recommend to ELO fans.

ELO FANS THIS IS THE ONE!!!

This DVD is the best, especially for ELO fans, Jeff Lynne and Richard Tandy bring some of the old songs back to life as well as some of the songs from the Zoom CD. My only possible complaint could be , why was'nt it longer!

    Pure nostalgia

Took me back to watching ELO on Top of the Pops in the 1970s - how come Jeff Lynne looks no older than he was then, when I have certainly aged? Move over Cliff Richard, a new Peter Pan of Pop is about!
