    turquoise-tinted vomit

If you got far enough into it to understand what 'turquoise-tinted vomit' means, then good for you.

I managed about another 10 minutes and then gave up, not quite making it to the one-hour mark.

There may be people for whom this film 'resonates', in which case good for them. I lost the will to live somewhere around 40mins.
