    Amy Adams looks set to cast a spell over cinema audiences again - film bosses at Disney are moving forward with an Enchanted sequel. The redhead stepped into the role of a Disney princess to romance Patrick Dempsey in the 2007 live action fairytale. The film, which also starred Susan Sarandon and James Marsden, was a major success, grossing more than £212 million at the box office worldwide.     Patrick Dempsey has ended speculation about his future on hit medical drama Grey'S Anatomy by telling Italian Vanity Fair the upcoming eighth season of the show will be his last. The actor revived his career as Dr. Derek 'McDreamy' Shepherd when the series began in 2005 and he has been a regular ever since. But the 2011-2012 season of the show will be his last.     Actress Elizabeth Perkins has quit cult TV show Weeds to play James Marsden's mum in a new movie. The Big star was nominated for three Emmy Awards for her role as Celia Hodes in the drug-fuelled comedy-drama. The departure news comes as Perkins signs on to play Enchanted star Marsden's mother in live action/animation film Hop.
