Back in 2002, Taito released Energy Airforce on the PS2, with the intention of bringing a realistic flight sim, normally the preserve of be-joysticked, multi-monitored PC gamers, to a console audience. Now they are back with a sequel, Energy Airforce: Aim Strike! An all new ultra-realistic engine puts the player in the cockpit of the world?s deadliest and most expensive fighter aircraft. Developed in conjunction with aeronautical giants and armaments people Lockheed-Martin, not to mention the air force self-defence divisions of several countries, Energy Aiforce: Aim Strike! looks to be the most realistic options for fans of games consoles and state-of the-art war hardware. The unbelievable air combat simulator covers all aspects of an Air Force pilot?s job, with boarding, fuelling and take-off all seamlessly rolled together in a package that far exceeds in realism anything seen before on any console, including its own predecessor, Energy Airforce. If you fancy trying your chances as a fighter ace but find the prospect of shining your boots, being shouted at, not to mention the possibilty of being blown to bits, less than attractive, then this is the game you?ve been waiting for.

enjoyable 2 play but in my opinion it falls short of top gun the radar setting are not that easy 2 follow and the controlls r not the best
