GREAT SINGER , SHAME ABOUT THE DVD

Having been a fan of The Animals and in particular Eric Burdon from the 60s I was really looking forward to seeing this DVD. What a disappointment! The interviews were interesting but what happened to the music? Why cut off or interrupt every single track? A disastrous piece of editing that ruins the whole DVD.- Was this review helpful to you?

By jgrabham (1 review) from Durham , 02 Sep 2009Firstly, I wish it was pointed out that this was an NTSC DVD, I can't play it on my TV unless i want it in black and white and it to give me a bad headache. It's a great documentary, but it tends to just play half a verse of a song, with talking in between, so it's not great if you want to see them playing, or want to hear the songs.- Was this review helpful to you?
