and what a delight to watch irrespective whether you are an aspirational downshifter or just choose to luxuriate in the rose-tinted vision of self-sufficiency from the confort of your own sofa. One can learn a lot too but beware! After watching each of the programs, I had the overwhelming desire to drop all I do and move out to the country! Well....perhaps I'll start with a herb window box garden in my city dwelling...
