Steve Carell (The 40-Year-Old Virgin), reprising his role as the polished, preening newscaster Evan Baxter of Bruce Almighty, is the next one anointed by God to accomplish a holy mission in the hilarious new comedy Evan Almighty. Once there, his life gets turned upside-down when God (Morgan Freeman) appears and mysteriously commands him to build an ark. One of the funniest films I have seen in a long time. I went to see it twice and we all just never stopped laughing even on the way home. It makes me smile to even think about it. I cant wait for the DVD so I can see it again. The animals are amazing the effects at the end gripping. A must for all the family.

Fans of Steve Carell might be excited to hear there is a new teaser available to watch for his forthcoming movie, Evan Almighty. The film is a sequel to 2003's Jim Carrey vehicle Bruce Almighty and sees Carell as news reader-turned-congressman Evan Baxter, who is instructed by God - played by Morgan Freeman - to build an ark. Steve Carell appeared as Evan in the first film, although in a smaller role. He has featured in a number of films since then, including playing the title character in The... Read more
