Wolf Larson plays Warbeck, the kind of megalomaniac who sports long blond hair and runs one of those hi-tech labs/fight schools. Of course, no one running such places is ever up to any good, so it falls to Federal agents Billy Blanks and Jalal Merhi to go undercover and save the day. When not involved in countless fight sequences both badly choreographed and edited, Blanks completely depends on his undeniable screen presence, while Merhi's strong accent makes him sound goofy. The attempt to portray virtual reality and hi-tech on a small budget make the movie come across as one big eyesore.

    Virtual Fantasy

You could quite literally say that this is the stuff dreams are made of.

However, not only is a this a movie of new devices, but one that has a plot, even though it is rather meagre. The film is presented as if it had been developed directly from a computer game, in that the plot and background occurrences were a mixture of fantasy and reality.
