Extras is the hotly-anticipated new comedy series from the creators of 'The Office' - Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant. Ricky plays Andy Millman who, having given up his day job to be an actor, finds he just can't land the big parts. In fact, he rarely gets a speaking role so spends most of his days stuck in a green room with other extras, envying the A-list stars, with his fellow actor, Maggie Jacobs (Ashley Jensen). Each week 'Extras' has a different setting and cameo appearances from guest artists including Samuel L Jackson, Kate Winslet, Ben Stiller, Ross Kemp, Vinnie Jones and Les Dennis!

    but dont bother with disc 2

    Very Very Funny, especially the cringe worthy sketches where they really put their foot in it.

    ***ALL EPISODES ARE ON DISC 1, THERE IS ONLY DELETED SCENES ETC ON DISC 2***

    Crept up on me

    The first episode left me a little at a loss over what david Brent was doing becoming a extra and where exactly Rickt Gervais was going with this new series, the second had me in fits and by the 3rd I was totally addicted. I was gutted when I finished episode 6 and even more gutted when disc 2 arrived and instead of having 6 more episodes had just outtakes!
