"...Fine direction, photography and plotting have rarely been combined so effectively in a serial-killer story....Kiefer Sutherland excels in his juicily repellant role..."
Contrived and unpleasant little pro-vigilante movie that loads the scales of justice while providing Sally Field with an opportunity to display prolonged hysteria.
Started well but went downhill thereafter. Keifer Sutherland playing his usual slobby yob bully/serial killer. Talk about type-cast - 24 must have been a seemed like a God send.
This is a good movie and leaves you touched at the end. Good must always prevail over evil. Excellent acting by Keifer Suderland too! watch this one.
