Yes it does, technically (1999), and how very 90s (or even 80s) it looks, with its cheesily erotic sub-Nine and a Half Weeks styling, bad hair, obsession with hi-tech gadgetry that now looks embarrassingly lo-tech, and pop video-style direction featuring a sashaying siren who for some unaccountable reason has decided to become a serial killer, and whom Ewan McGregor (well he was young at the time, probably needed the money) stalks in a creepy fashion while masquerading as a private detective, or should that be dick. Anyway I'm not a fan of this kind of stuff at the best of times but gave it a shot (for at least 45 mins) until the sub-Sam Spade, bargain-basement Bond stuff got too much
