Fitness videos must be very difficult to make and I am a fitness professional so feel able to comment!
This presenter has trouble looking at the camera quite a lot of the time and when she asks if we can believe she is 40 - well, yes......
She has an irritating use of catch phrases such as 'do you want hot hips or hot chips'
However having worked through the DVD it would be effective so tricky to rate.
I suspect like most fitness videos it would end up gathering dust on a shelf or in a charity shop!- Was this review helpful to you?
