A good laugh

I'm not a huge opera buff, but have been watching a few Verdi ones lately. Although this does not have the gravitas of Stiffelio, it is hilarious in parts. This is one of those shows that you can see the performers thoroughly enjoyed taking part in. In particular, the Merry Wives are a pleasure to watch and listen to.- Was this review helpful to you?
