The hilariously irreverent and enormously popular animated series 'The Family Guy' expands to a feature-length movie in order to explore the true origins of maniacal baby genius Stewie Griffin (Originaly episodes 28, 29, and 30 from Season 4). Seth MacFarlane's family of losers and misfits, headed up by bumbling dad Peter, was deemed too controversial by FOX and ended after an all-too-brief run, only to return to the channel by popular demand. It all starts out with Stewie's near-death experience, after which, shaken and questioning his life, the baby goes on a drinking binge. He resurfaces only when he sees on TV a man who looks just like him, and it dawns on him that this is his real father. Stewie embarks upon a road trip, intending to get to the bottom of it all, while meanwhile Peter is fired from his job for being a bad parent.

Rude, provocative, satirical... Brilliant.
What can I say, it's great! It's everything Family Guy is, and more.
It's just like a longer version of those Stewie & Brian episodes we have seen in seasons 1 - 3. Natrually it's even funnier.
If you like Family Guy, you will love the movie!
If you've seen the series or an avid fan, this will not hi the mark for you. The idea sounds great but theres just nothing new to offer, the same gags, same delivery... very average, all in all.
