Wrong season number

Can i jus point out to all that the manufacturers made a huge mistake with this one. Its actually season 6 NOT season 7. Season 7 is currently being shown in america on TV. Rite Jus to clarify During season 5 there was a large gap, that was caused by the writers strike, when it returned the US continued it as season 5 where the UK started it as season 6.

The episode of 'Blue Harvest' youll find is actually episode 1 of season 6. thats where the problems started.

Season Clear-up

In America Family guy has 7 series:

Series 1: 7 Episodes

Series 2: 21 Episodes

Series 3: 22 Episodes

Series 4: 30 Episodes

Series 5: 18 Episodes

Series 6: 12 Episodes

Series 7: 6 Episodes aired in America

Now here's what the DVDs in the UK are

Season 1: series 1 and the 1st 7 episodes from series 2 + 'When you wish upon a Weinstein'

Season 2: the remaining 14 episodes from series 2

Season 3: The entire series 3 without the 'When you wish upon a Weinstein'

Season 4: 13 episodes from series 4

Season 5: The remaining episodes from series 4 without the stewie griffin movie episodes

Season 6: 12 Episodes from season 5

Season 7: Remaining episodes of season 5 and most of 6

Season 8: not out now

Now this is only a rough guide cause there are 4 episodes missing and some aren't in the right order.

season 7?

After renting the first 2 of this season 7 i'm disappointed that i have already seen them all and disc1 of this season is the first ones in season 5 and the second is from season 6. Unless its done differantly for the UK i'm confused!!!!!!

great season

season 7 is a real funny season since ive seen these before since i usually download them when they first shown in usa

funniest thing i ever saw , really good, but i wouldn't really be funny 4 anyone under 11, sorry but mature themes.

Disappointed

This series came highly recommended so i cut it loads of slack but it is just a poor imitation of simpsons, family guy etc - also its basically written by smart arse geeks and their clever dick (but not funny) humour seriously begins to grate after a while......

Wrong season... Confirmed

I was really dissapointed when this came as i couldn't figure out why i had seen these before. Obviously after reading the other reviews, this is infact season 6 to the UK viewers. There are a few little bits that are different though. Like Quagmire trying it on with Marge Simpson!!! Hilarious!

Pretty annoying really, but there's bigger things in the world to worry about...

Very, very good. We have watched all 7 series, and this is as good as series 1 and 2. Highly recommended.
